Join us May 3-5, 2024 in the oceanic forest magic of Sintra, Portugal.

1. Two and a half days of Kindrêd — a modern co-creative meditation retreat designed to help you foster friendship between your body and mind with an amazing crew of other humans .

2. You’ll practice powerful techniques to instantly regulate your emotions, spur creative genius and access altered states of consciousness in practice with others.

3. You’ll master the Euphoria Sequence™, a simplified variant of Kindrêd you can use to create specific feelings and build the life you want for yourself.

WHERE: A private residence in Sintra about 1 hr drive from Lisbon. Participants have the option to arrange carpooling with other attendees after flying into Lisbon.
